Hi there, I am YaLun, based in Jersey City, NJ, currently working as an Industrial Designer at ZOKU.
I have passions for creating fun and problem-solving objects that supplement our daily needs. Through research on users and products/market, my master thesis, Stroll-Up, tackled on parents' problems of getting up and down of the NY subway station stairs.
My design angle pursues a fact-based solution and absorbs elements from culture/nature. I embrace challenges and adapt to changes. When I am not designing, you can find me dribbling the basketball on the court or walking in the trees.
